Bhutan has 20 separate regions known as Dzongkhags (Districts). Each of these dzongkhags is further divided into smaller regions called Gewogs (Blocks). The gewogs consist of villages, towns and cities. Although Bhutan allows tourists to visit all the regions within the country, some of the districts are not suitably developed to be considered as a tourist spot. However, brief information on all the places are provided below.
You can click on the pictures of the places to be redirected to pages with more information on the place or region.
While on the pages of a place, you can also click on the headings to be redirected to external pages (such as wikipedia) with more information on the places.
